2 days · Weekend
Honky-Tonk & Smoke
Two days of the Hill Country at its most Texan: post-oak smoke by day, century-old dance floors by night.
The trip
This is a music-and-meat weekend that strings together the region’s great dance halls and smokehouses. It’s loose by design — chase the show calendars and the brisket, and let the back roads connect them.
Best for Music lovers, barbecue pilgrims, and anyone who wants to learn to two-step.
